We offer lovely 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes in the heart of Seatac with easy access to I-5, access to the Commuter Light Rail and access to local dining and entertainment at Westfield Mall Shopping Center. Our apartment homes have large well lit living rooms, dining areas, and kitchens. Some homes have private balconies, and each home has a separate heater in the bedroom to save on electricity costs! We have a seasonal community pool for all to enjoy and coin operated laundry on the facility for your convenience! Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the community, including inside apartment homes or on private balconies.
Quiet hours are from 9pm - 9am
Pets must be approved by our office, a pet addendum must be signed and all required fees and deposits must be paid before a pet can inhabit the premises. Service animals are allowed as defined by the law.
